For venues

Turn a public listing into a profile you control.

Claim your venue, replace limited sourced information with the details that matter, and receive Event Briefs with enough context to decide whether a conversation is worth having.

Why you may already appear

A useful directory can begin before every venue joins.

We research factual information that venues have already chosen to publish, such as location, event types, stated capacity and website. Unclaimed listings are clearly labelled, cannot receive Event Briefs and include routes to claim, correct or remove them.

  1. Find your public listing

Search the directory for your venue. An unclaimed listing contains limited factual information taken from the venue’s public website, shows its source and never suggests that you have joined Event Orchard.

  2. Request access

Create and verify an account, then tell us your role and how we can confirm your connection to the business. The listing is marked “claim pending” while an Event Orchard administrator reviews it.

  3. Complete the profile you control

After approval, the venue appears in your private portal. Replace limited sourced information with accurate details, packages, images, facilities and contact information managed by your team.

Once verified

Give organisers the detail a generic directory leaves out.

Useful operational detail

Manage capacity wording, event types, facilities, images, website and public contact information from your venue portal.

Packages with context

Add packages by name and type, with a pricing basis, from-and-to figures and what is included. A single vague price range is not enough.

Briefs you can assess

A submitted Brief can include event type, county, date and flexibility, guest count, budget, style, supplier needs and a message.

What stays in your hands

Your venue, your availability, your contract.

Event Orchard does not publish live availability, accept deposits, make bookings or become part of your agreement with an organiser. You decide whether to progress each submitted Brief and handle the quotation, checks, contract and payment directly.

The portal lets you mark a Brief accepted, declined or completed so both sides have a clear status. A completed event can unlock a verified one-to-five apple review from that organiser.

Ready to take charge of your listing?

There is currently no charge to claim, correct or remove a listing. Verification protects your venue as well as the people planning events.
