How it works

One Brief. Your choice at every handover.

Event Orchard does the comparing without taking control away from you. Here is what happens to your information from the moment you begin.

A flexible event room arranged for a presentation
  1. Create your account and write one Brief

Add the facts a venue needs — occasion, county, date, guest count and budget — then the details that give the event its character. Your account keeps it private and lets you return later.

  2. Compare matches with their workings shown

Event Orchard compares your Brief with venue information such as location, capacity, event types, price and style. Each suggestion tells you which details lined up; the score is never the whole explanation.

  3. Build a shortlist without announcing yourself

Save the venues worth another look and compare their profiles. Shortlisting stays inside your workspace: it does not expose your name, contact details or Brief.

  4. Choose the right next step

A verified venue can receive your Brief when you press send. For an unclaimed listing, you can privately ask Event Orchard to approach the venue first. Those two routes are deliberately different.

Two kinds of listing

The label changes what you can do next.

We include useful public venue information before every business has joined, but never pretend an unclaimed venue is participating.

Unclaimed Researched listing

  • Uses factual information from the venue’s public website
  • Can appear in the directory and your matches
  • Cannot receive a Brief or see who shortlisted it
  • You can ask Event Orchard to consider a neutral approach
  • That approach never contains your identity or Brief
  • The venue can claim, correct or remove its listing

Verified Venue-managed profile

  • A representative’s connection to the venue has been checked
  • The venue manages its own details and packages
  • You decide whether to send your Brief
  • Sending shares your Brief and account contact details
  • The venue can update the status in your workspace
  • You can review it with apples after a completed event

Event Orchard does not take bookings or payments, and listings do not show live availability. We help start a better-informed conversation; quotations, checks, contracts and payments stay between you and the venue.

After you press send

A handover, not a disappearing lead form.

The venue sees the submitted Brief in its private portal and receives a service notification. You can see whether it is submitted, accepted, declined or completed from your own workspace.

Event Orchard keeps the initial trail clear, but it does not negotiate or make the booking for either side. From there, you and the venue decide whether the event should grow.
